Went in yesterday spoke to one of the guys, give him 3 examples of what it could be. Surprisingly it wasn't any of the three we spoke about. They fixed the coil springs no more raterling nice guys good customer service

MoT and service carried out then diagnostic test and tune to my camper van, all work very satisfactory, now running like a new van, bring on the summer weather.
